Regarding Custom Queuing

All,

Confused here with CQ. Various resources and materials shows differently.

Which statement is true:

A) CQ uses 16 queues [ (0) - System Queue, (1-15) - User defined ]
B) CQ uses 17 queues [ (0) - System Queue, (1-16) - User defined ]

Output from a router:

R1(config)#queue-list 1 queue ?
  <0-16> queue number

queue-list 1 queue 16 ?

As I can define queue 16, B) should be true?

Also, it is stated that the custom queue can not be changed and traffic cannot
be assigned to it. But, I can alter it, it did not gave any error.

queue-list 1 queue 0 byte-count 3000 limit 0
