Right. I was trying the alternate solution which is Virtual Link. Tunnel
solution works fine though.

The link R3------area1------R1 is PPP.
Rest are FrameRelay serial links. Map statements are ok and inverse arp
disabled on FR links.

The error messages doesn' t stop. Am out of luck ;-(
