Hello Raghav,

This is a common mistake when you have different network types. The rule is:
If one side elects a DR/BDR, the other side need DR/BDR too.

o With DR/BDR Election
    broadcast
    non-broadcast

o Without DR/BDR Election
    p2p
    p2m
    p2m non-broadcast

When you mix p2p e p2m you need adjust the hello and dead timers.

In addiction the hub may be elect DR in broadcast/non-broadcast networks.
