I can't think of any way it could be different, especially given the
"protocol ip tcp www" option matches flows to _and_ from the specified
port.

However, I also can't think of a good reason HTTP would be covered
separately from other TCP-based protocols unless there WAS some
'special' handling going on. I'd be kinda surprised if it triggered a
feature which was able to match HTTP packets on non-tcp/80 ports.

DocCD doesn't provide much insight.
