How to create shortcuts in SecureCRT for each router?

Hey pals,

I'm going to another attempt for SP-track.

I'd like to know exactly which software for telnet access do we have there
(don't remember exactly, I think it's SecureCRT) and how can I do those
icons/shortcuts where we connect directly to the router (or TS) that show
each name (R1, R2...) individualy, instead of using tabs?

I want to simulate the real environment, so I can measure time precisely.
