Personal Address Book

Hell Guys,

I am not a Call Manager Expert but I was asked by the IT guys abou this
issue. We have Call MAnager 4.2 with personal address book service
activated. The issue is the caller id is being displayed without Name (if
the call is in the personal book but not in the directory ). Any ideas how
to make the caller id show up?
