you can lower the external eigrp AD to something lower than rip like 119

or you can use tagging

route-map EIGRP->RIP deny 10

mat tag 120

route-ma EIGRP->RIP permit 20

set tag 90

route-map RIP->EIGRP deny 10

mat tag 90

route-map RIP->EIGRP permit 20

set tag 120

you can use summarization also you can play with metrics, you have a variety
of methods,

the best is tagging and AD,
