Don't forget the final step of nearly all SP-related configuration in
Cisco IOS - REBOOT! ;~)
I spent a couple of hours the other night troubleshooting and triple-
verifying my configuration against a vendor Solution Guide, only to
finally surrender and reboot everything. Five minutes later, I had an
explicit path TE tunnel on my hands...
