See .! a Root port is port which connects to the ROOT Bridge.! so...
imagine! our port is Fa0/22 and it connects to SW4.!
SW1 is the currnt root.! and due to this Fa0/22 is not the Root Port.!
it might the desinated port on the segment! but if someone tweaks SW4
Bridge ID such that it becomes a Root...then out fa0/22 is the root
port.! to avoid this scenario u must enable root port on fa0/22 do you
get me now?

Sw1<--->---CLOUD< --->SW2<--->sw4
