I wouldn't expect a proctor to leek info but who knows people do crazy
things. I mean how much would they pay for something like that and would a
proctor, crooked or not, be dumb enough to risk his career over it?
that being said i think focusing on the Beijing testing center isn't totally
unfounded. while its not directly related, i think cisco kind of admitted
something was up with them when they started 'beta' testing the open ended
questions there. which if nothing else draws some suspicion.
