Gaurav,
I would suggest Service Provider. This is a good extension of
knowledge based upon your knowledge for R&S. Next to some additional
"features" on known technologies (like Multiprotocol BGP) it adds
items like VPN, ATM, etc. But these are relatively "easy" to learn on
top of your R&S knowledge. (This in contract to Security, Storage or
Voice, which are completely different all together --- different
hardware, different OS, different technologies, etc)
I would say with R&S in the pocket, SP is doable in a couple of months.
