Could anyone suggest a method to delete the all configured VLANs and
Associated ports , without a reload.?

**make it transparent then remove the vlans**

Will deleting vlan.dat, making the switch into transparent, then
changing the Domain name do the trick?

**no**

and when a switch is in Transparent VTP Mode... What criteria does it
follow to decide which vlans will it transparently sync to the other
VTP Clients or servers on the LAN.

** there is no 'criteria', it sends all of them or nothing**

Does the VTP domain name and password have to be same on all switches
for the Vlan config to be synced in the VTP clients and servers in the
network? or The transparent switch will send VTP updates regardless of
the Domain and password Match or mismatch?..

**all clients and servers need to be in the same domain with matching
passwords. transparent switch will pass vtp info if the domain name is NULL
(not set to 'NULL' but emplty), or the same as everything else in the
domain. I'm not sure how authentication affects switches in transparent
mode.**
