Andy,

Not the "R" card man... who is talking about race??? Cisco can have testing
center in heaven, if some people choose to facilitate cheating in that
center, what can cisco do? All I am saying is that it is EASIER in those
countries than it is in western countries... We have plenty of CCIEs who are
from Asian countries passing the lab and tests in say "*white*" countries if
you prefer to understand this issue based on color but that is certainly not
my intent.
