As I said, I do not wish to start a debate , and more so on a forum
like this . But you really need to chill and think sensibly.
I will re-iterate what I said before in simpler words .Just because
some of the countries you mentioned have a corruption rate higher than
others, does not mean every Tom, Dick or Harry robbed on the planet
will be by someone from one of these countries. You cannot make
assumptions of your own and run amok blaming every individual/country
you are not very fond of. Everyone has an opinion but sometimes it is
better to keep it off to only yourself and I hope you understand this.
P.S - You seem to be very knowledgeable on world affairs but still do
not know who are the people ruining your certification value by
selling these dumps.I would love to tell you where some of them are
based at but that's not my objective of joining this forum. So for me
and you - Carry on with the studies and be a genuine expert some day .
I hope this can be the end of the discussion unless you have other plans ;-)
