This is what the new plaque looks like:

Looks similar to the old one, but the glass finish seems a bit changed and
of course, there is that new logo.
Arrived well packed via UPS directly from an MJRPrint: http://mjrprint.com/
No mention of Cisco whatsoever, besides the plaque. The contact on the
invoice is the same as on the website, with printed signature on the bottom.
UPS package is "Express Box" marked "Extremely Urgent". The UPS guy seemed
to take it to heart since i could smell the sweat when I was nearing him
The package contained a plaque and a certificate, just like for all the
other certificates. But here additionally there was a page "CCIE/CCDE
Resources".
CCIE card with magnetic strip was also included.

The funny statement on included "commercial invoice" about the package
content:
"Total Value = US$10.00"
Right... More like US$100,000.00
