What is the actual NM you are trying to use and what is the exact router you
are trying to istall it in and what is the IOS version you are running?

Hi

Could you please help on hardware problem

I tried to add double Fastethernet port on routers 2600/3620 and they are
compatible but the router doesn't recognized them but they work in 3640.

Any idea why ?
