Where did Cisco have oral questions at and what was the purpose again?
The CCIE Program is supposed to be aimed at lowering Cisco's TAC Support
overall costs.
Well the Cisco Gold Partners send their support overseas for a few more
layers to the onion before you can get to TAC - and people pay for this
dis-service too.
