simply SW1 is the transite path so there should be a spannig tree instanse
for this vlan along the path.

try to remove vlan 43 form SW1 the try to ping from R4 to BB3, you won't be
able,

why? because SW1 is in the middle between SW2, SW3 so there should be a
spanning tree instant for this vlan,
