Dear,
"Not able to access" is rather broad statement. Can you ping the server
at least? What does telnetting to the edge server smtp port gives you
from outside? Removing inspect esmtp is a good point mentioned.
We have a similar setup here (though DMZ has public IPs) all works fine.
Also, not directly related to this issue, you should probably consider
upgrading to 8.0(4). Why stay on interim release when the higher public
one is available? :-)
