Well, I'd echo Scott's advice - he definitely has the mindset of a
professional trainer. :)
Everyone knows what their weaknesses are - they are the topics that you most
dread having in your next exam, in the "worst possible exam". Focus on those
and you'll maximize your chance for success.

Well I'm not a professional trainer so I try to stick to the technical
topics vs. the strategy topics. But from personal experience I would
suggest that one step you should take is to buckle down and focus on
topics that you hate. Chances are high that you've got some weak
spots and the proctors aim to find them! ;~) All too often we hear
of people acing IGB, BGP, etc, yet failing on X, Y, and Z. Chance are
that deep down you already know what your own personal X, Y, and Z
are...
