Hi.
For CCVP CVoice-QoS-CIPT1+2 all have perfect (from my standpoint)
authorized self-study guides from CiscoPress. I started with QoS last
May, got them books plus hand-on experience rolling out CUCM 5 in HQ and
3 branches, cleared up to CIPT2 by Christmas. TUC is a bit harder I
think. Hope to be able to pass it after eventual troubleshuting of the
deployment I have at work in 2009.

HTH,
A.
