offset-list will manipulate the metric by incrementing hop count
you can have multiple options with offset-list either you can use that route
as a backup (higher metric) or you can permanently restrict it from entering
in to routing table by manipulating its hop count as 16 (unreachable) :)
Finally all depends on the question asked and person's ease
