It may be late but hopefully would help others.

From my feeling, the most difficult point for RS lab is not Routing and
switching itself but about feature. QoS, Security, monitoring are very
easy to lost point because some of requested feature may never used in
our past experiences.

Be care for those kill points.

Subject: Failed CCIE R&S

Hi Guys,
Failed my CCIE lab yesterday. The lab didnt seemed difficult
but
i missed some small points in the questions i belive. Main causes of
Failure
lack of study in QOS,security and yes Core knowledge(though i thought i
have
answered them correctly atleast 3 of them but still). I concentrated a
lot
on the IGP,Brigding,BGP and took the rest as granted but they carry
marks
guys dont forget those sections.

Now i wanted to know when can i reschedule for the lab, plus the Guru's
where should i study the QOS and security which really clean sweeped me.
Plus how much time i should give it to make sure i get it next time.
Guys i
want to be a CCIE this year, so any input is highly appreciated.

Thanks
