If you do not receive join from host, that means it does not send IGMP
Reports. Run wireshark on the host (if at all possible, if it's not STB).
Otherwise, there might be a filter of sorts. But you need to see IGMP
report. If you don't then there is an error between STB/HOST and your 3750E
