I can give my opinion on this. I used two vendors when I was preparing for
the R&S lab. IPexpert and CCbootcamp. IE was not on the scene back then (
all though I did have Brian Dennis as one of my instructors at IPexpert ).
I believe that your list of vendors below is good for R&S.
For the voice track ( which I am studying for now ) I am using IPexpert and
Voicebootcamp materials. I have found that both vendors are very good.
I can also tell you that both of these vendors are committed to having a
solid product.
