Hi Guys,
I need to create a new ICM script for a customer' call manager. So my
first impression was that you can do a lot of thinks using the script
editor tool, is this the best way? By the other hand, I need to create
an script who send a message to the IP Phone, and then the user
confirm the reception of this message. Do you have any example about
these kind of scripts?
It is possible to have this confirmation or not? Any good site, even
cisco to look deeper for scripts samples?
