If u need to redistribute from L2 to L1 in different processes , try this....

router isis 1
 net 49.0002.0000.0000.0000.00
 is-type level-2-only
!
router isis 2
 net 49.0001.0000.0000.0000.00
 is-type level-1
 redistribute isis ip level-2 into level-1 distribute-list 100
