I think that 179 UDP is reserved by default for BGP as it already uses the TCP
179 port. I've looked through RFCs for BGP and didn't see anything - even
BGMP uses TCP.

I did not touch every single RFC, but the ones that matter state that it is
TCP. Maybe some of the 3x - 5x CCIEs on here know more.
