Hi,
You should not be changing your system-id , which is unique per router.
Since your intention is to change the Area, then it should be in the below
format
Router isis 1
49.0006.0000.0000.00001.00
49.AAAA.SSSS.SSSS.SSSS.NN
Router isis 2
49.3006.0000.0000.00001.00
49.AAAA.SSSS.SSSS.SSSS.NN
