John is right. I confirmed from a person who gave the lab last week and he
said the same.
1) 3 out of 4 OEQ must be answered correctly (75%)
2) 80 points out of 100 must be scored for the Lab section (80%)
Hence, to pass the CCIE Lab, one needs to score a a minimum of (75% OEQ +
80% Lab configs).
