"ERROR: Candidates must attempt the CCIE lab exam within 18 months of
passing the CCIE Qualification exam. After the first lab attempt,
candidates must attempt the CCIE lab at least once every 12 months from
the last lab attempt in order for their qualification exam to remain
valid. (No Data Updated)"

After taking the written you have 18 months to take the lab the first
time.
You have 12 months in between each lab attempt up to a total of three
years.
So if it's already been 12 months, you may need to retake your written
exam!
