Thanks guys, although a little off base. I'm looking for that
math/statistics on usage at different service tiers to project growth based
on larger service tiers. I work for an ISP, and am only interested in my
users content (power to net neutrality!) if troubleshooting on their
behalf. It looks like I may be reinventing the wheel soon :)
