Hi, group

I really don't understand why frame-relay mincir value is referenced as
bandwidth (DOCCD says so, and lab result shows so) while frame-relay
traffic-shaping is enabled, even though the frame-relay traffic-adaptive is
not enabled. To my understanding, if frame-relay traffic-adaptive is not
enabled, traffic will be always maintained at cir rate.

On the contrast, MQC frame-relay traffic-shaping makes more sense to me. When
shape adaptive is not enabled, the value of shape rate is referenced as
bandwidth, and while shape adaptive is enabled, the value of shape adaptive is
referenced as bandwidth ( DOCCD says so and lab result proves so).
