If for any reason an IPBlue softphone is connected using G711, then
transferred to another phone using G729 (or put on MoH using G729) -
the IPBlue client does not properly switch from G711 to G729. This is
simply a software bug and not much that can be done about it - other
than as Cliff mentioned - to throw up a CIPC in its place and re-test
to gain accurate results.
