Did you read the FAQ/Tutorial?

You need to run 'idlepc get R1' before 'idlepc show R1' will show anything.
The values are IOS image specific, so there probably isn't much point
asking for values on this forum, unless you can find someone with
exactly the same setup.
FWIW, I've found 7200s (with a 7200 IOS, obviously) to behave much
better than any other platform.
