You have already done the hard work as soon as you said you want to
"restart". I would say go back to volume 1 and if possible purchase Narbik's
workbooks. They are really easy to follow and will get you upto speed in a
month's time provided you spend 4 hours a night on them. Once you are done
you can fill some more gaps using IE Vol 1 and then go for Vol 2 WBs. You
cannot beat IE's vol 2 offering.
