Point-to-Multipoint Network type will give you below advantages
No DR and BDR will not be required
No need of creating frame relay MAP for spoke to spoke conversation as
point-to-multipoint network involves generation of neighbor IP address LSA
which contains /32 route of each adjecant neighbor
