debug q931, look for the disconnect reason there first.

Whenever I call from BRI to HQ over the pstn for voicemail direct

This is what exactly happens,
I call to hq phone, it goes to voicemail , I listen the greeting "
Exten is
not available, leave your message now" then suddenly it gets
disconnected,
thats fast busy.
Call flow, BR1->registed with CCM->mgcp gateway-PSTN router-> T1
6608->
internal hq phones then VM ( VM is SCCP integration with ccm,)
From HQ to BR1, evrything works as expected.
