Subject: CCIE RS Lab Exam passed
Hi All,
I have passed the CCIE RS Lab exam @ Bangalore last week. It was my first
attempt.
I was a passive listener in the group, spent most of the time in reading
archive. It was nice reading the posts in GS, discussions
were really informational, Thanks to all for their guidance and support.
About my preparation:
Apart from the self study at work, I have attended Khawar's Boot camp in
Bangalore. It helped a lot in clearing the exam. He was really good at
subject and his Super Labs were excellent.
More importantly you need to have a mentor who can guide you. I was lucky
enough to have one in the next cabin in the office. It was Rajesh C N (a
CCIE himself ) who guided me throughout my journey to these numbers.
To the people appearing for the lab, I would say - Do not worry about the
"Open ended questions" if you have prepared enough to appear for the lab,
then you will be able to answer these questions. Spend your time in getting
speed and accuracy in configuration tasks.
Thanks to all once again...
All the best for the ones who are appearing for the lab
