Valn 1 is allways allowed across trunks.
Even when you deny it manually using "allowed vlan", Vlan 1 will still be
used.
VTP is one example: all VTP frames will be sent on VLAN 1. So if 1 is native
VLAN, VTP frames will be sent untagged, regardless of "allowed vlan"
If there is "tag native" or native vlan is not 1, VTP frames will be sent
with 802.1q tag of VLAN 1, again regardless of "allowed vlan"
