As I'm pretty sure you're aware, Lock & Key on R1 would simply open up
dynamic ACL entries on R1 itself, which could then allow you to then telnet
to R5, but I don't believe both steps could be done all at once via Lock &
Key. I suppose you could use autocommand on R1 so that once you telnet into
it, you'd then be automatically telnetted to R5. Actually, I can think of a
couple different "router tricks" to get your second requirement
accomplished, but I think there may be more to your task wording than what
you have listed.
