Untagged packets will go to the physical interface when the router is
connected to a Dot1Q trunk (unless you specify a particular subinterface to
receive them).
Set the switch to use VLANC for its native VLAN on the port connecting to R1
and it should work.

part of the question " create VLAN_C on major interface of R1"

Gurus plz help me to understand the ecorrect solution for 2nd part of the
question
