Unless things have changed since the last time I did it, 2003 Server runs
inside VMware workstation - that's what I used for most of my MCSE lab work
when I was teaching it.

Give it a go and see if it works. MS has evaluation copies of 2K3 Server
(well they did, so you should still be able to find some) and the ACS
software is a 30 day trial too.

VMware Workstation is pretty cheap - although the VMWare Server (used to be
GSX) could run the image for you too and that was a free product last I
checked.

Technically - You could change the value in the Registry that is checking
for.

Or you could just XOR the value.

But if you didn't already knw this chances are it is cheaper to buy the MS
SBS Partner Toolkit for a under $400.00 and get eveything MS makes and not
worry with it.
