Well, it looks like you have etherchannel problem. If not etherchannel, then
STP. if not STP, then native vlan. If not native VLAN, then QinQ.
So I'm not sure how reloading would help at all.
Also, Sidda, why are there so little information about the problems? No
analysis, no show commands, no config, no topology, not even what you are
trying to do...
