Subject: Exam Passed CCIE # 23459
Hi All,
This is my turn to announce that I have passed lab exam finally on my 3rd
attempt. Today is really a great day for me. I am writing here briefly about
my journey to CCIE. I passed CCIE written exam in Aug 2007 and after that I
started preparation by reading recommended books but I could not continue
flow of studies due to some urgent projects at job. After that I resumed my
studies in Feb 2009 and started with Internetwork Expert's study material. I
had completed IE's CoD, technology labs, Core labs and few Vol II labs till
july. I attended Narbik's bootcamp in july and found some gaps in my
preparation. After bootcamp I started Narbik's Advance CCIE workbooks till
my first attempt in Aug 2008 but I could not pass and got 76.84% that time.
I attempted 2nd time in Nov 2008 but again failed and got 76.24% that time.
Finally in first week of Feb 2009, I retook Narbik's bootcamp and attempted
exam yesterday and got the number this time.
I would like to recommend those candidates who are planning to attend
Narbik's bootcamp that they should retake his bootcamp. Narbik always
recommend to retake his bootcamp which is right because when you go through
these workbooks than many questions trigger in your mind and you can clarify
every single confusion during retake. This time I was very confident and
Narbik really boosted my confidence when he said during bootcamp that 'You
are as good as a CCIE' , I am not sure whether he was truely speaking or
just encouraging me :)
Now this is time for some rest :)
