Karim,
Make sure the trunk link between SW1 and SW2 is allowing vlans 100 and
200 AND these ports are not being blocked in the STP.
Vlans 100 and 200 only need to exist in SW1 and SW2, so make sure you
have not created them elsewhere, this could cause l2ptguard errors or
undesirable STP between SW1 and SW2 (if SW3 or 4 became root
unknowingly).
btw, are you getting any l2ptguard errors?
