OT - Solve for single source to route to multiple overlapping

Hi group,

I am trying to solve for a single server to access overlapping destination
IP/subnet(s). There can be tunnels between the defaut gateway router of the
source server and destination subnets. I can use NAT but the NAT can only be
configured close to the source, specifically the gateway router.

I cannot come up with a single solution. I am hoping others have run into this
and would have found a creative solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
