Hey team, Mayokun, I hope all is well with everyone.
After some digging ... it seems that RMON II was added after 12.1. Here is
a link with more info (watch the ugly word wrap):

You can always use the feature navigator to find more specifics ... Is there
something specific you are trying to monitor / accomplish?
