Hi

I am aware of fact that while defining the rmon event ; we may configure for
trap / log ..
Please correct if my understanding is worng

CASE 1
=========
rmon event 1 log description "LOGGGGG"

rmon alarm 1 ifIndex.1 60 absolute rising-threshold 10 1 falling-threshold 1
1 owner config

If i have logging server configured ; then it will be sent to server ; if
not it will logg locally .. AM I CORRECT ?

CASE 2
========
rmon event 2 log trap CISCOTRAP description "LOG AND TRAP" owner config
rmon alarm 2 ifIndex.1 60 absolute rising-threshold 100 2 falling-threshold
50 2 owner config

In this case both LOG as well as TRAP will be generated
Trap will be sent to NMS server as indicated by "snmp-server host " and logg
will be sent to syslog serve as indicated by " logging host <> "

AM I CORRECT
