I don't think we are going to hear from Cisco on how these questions are
formally graded.

A lot of speculation. Not much substance.

If a CCIE Candidate cannot answer the questions correctly then that CCIE
Candidate will likely not pass the lab.

It will be interesting to see how the score reports look in any event.
